TYPES OF COLLECTED DATA

Ameira™ employs appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data.

Processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-based tools, in compliance with organizational procedures and methods that are closely related to the specific purposes.

In addition to the administrator, in some cases, other persons involved in the organization of this application (administration, sales, marketing, legal department, and system administrators) or external parties (such as technical service providers, postal services, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data. A current list of these parties can be requested at any time from the administrator.

Legal Basis for Processing
The administrator processes the user’s personal data when one of the following applies:

Retention Period
