Returns And Refunds
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: ameira.assistance@gmail.com and include your order number along with the name used for the purchase.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customerâs responsibility to return the package using a local shipping service.
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
